We're Looking For:

• Experience or Eagerness to Learn: Whether you have a background in wind turbine operation, electrical safety, work at heights, and manual handling, or are highly coachable and eager to dive into this field, we welcome your application.

• Safety-First Mindset: Knowledge of safety protocols and a dedication to upholding them in all training practices.

• Curriculum Development Skills: Capability to develop, update, and manage relevant and dynamic training curricula.

• Hands-On Training Skills: Whether seasoned or new to the field, the ability to deliver engaging, practical training sessions.

• Physical Fitness: Aptitude for participating in and demonstrating physically demanding training activities.

• Superb Communication: Proficiency in clearly and effectively conveying complex ideas and safety practices.

Desirable Traits:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., GWO Basic Safety Training, NFPA-70E) are a bonus but not a requirement.

• Experience or a strong interest in the renewable energy sector, especially wind energy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver innovative training programs in renewable energy and safety.

• Stay current with industry standards and continually refine training materials.

• Lead dynamic, hands-on training sessions and workshops.

• Collaborate with industry experts to advance our training curriculum.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and standards in all training activities.
